classic.

I think I've talked about it before but don't you just love when you have pieces in your closet that you keep pulling out year after year and love just as much as the moment you bought them.  Most of the items I'm wearing today are just that.  As I've gotten older, I've learned that it's best to have more classic pieces.  Yes, it's fun to have a few of those trendy, fun pieces but classic, in my opinion is always best.  It's usually those classic pieces that stand the test of time the best.

On a different note, I'm so excited for Christmas!

It's our first Christmas as husband and wife and it's just going to be the best.  My husband came with a package deal, a five year little boy to be exact, so in one day I became a wife and step-mom.  With that, comes a different excitement for Christmas this year.  There's just something so magical about experiencing Christmas through the eyes of a child.  I just feel so incredibly blessed  to be able to spend it with my new little family.
