new do.

I've never been afraid to cut my hair - I've had pretty much every haircut you can think of.  And believe me, some I'd like to forget.

Despite the fact that I love to change up my hairstyle, I've only ever put color in my hair once - and that was one of those looks I'd like to forget.  As my lovely sister puts it, it looked like I had "wood chips" in my hair.  Awesome.

So when I was tossing the idea around of going for an ombre look, I was a little nervous.  Remember, the only experience I had with color was a not so good one.  So I researched and researched what I specifically wanted and, by golly, my hair dresser did an awesome job.  Exactly what I wanted.

And I'm loving my new ombre'd locks.

  8. It’s really hard to color your hair again if your first try was a disaster. I believe, however, that your second try was really worth it! Research really helps a lot, especially with picking the right color for your hair. Well, if you want to change your hair color again without using chemicals, you can try hair extensions.
