Navy Polka Dots

Happy Tuesday!  It's wet, rainy and dreary here in Vancouver so I definitely had a hard time getting up this morning.  I bought these navy polka dots tights a few weeks ago and thought they'd be a fun way to spice up an outfit!

- Shoes: Walmart (last month)

- Necklace: Twisted Silver (few weeks ago - got it on super sale) - here

- Watch: Relic
